What if The Beatles never broke up?

Imagine, that instead of going their separate ways, they continued to record together. What would a new Beatles album be like? Beatles Reunited attempts to answer that question by suggesting various compilations of solo material recorded by John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr.

Here, I get to play the role of Sir George Martin, by compiling tracks into what I think qualify as 9 new Beatle albums (including a 4-disc greatest hits package). That said, my collections are all on the heavy side, containing many more tracks per compilation than was the case with any original Beatles release. The fact of the matter is that there is just so much great material to draw from, that it was hard to pare it down even this far.

If you are not familiar with the Fab Four's solo material, this site will provide an introduction, and information on where the tracks may be found. If you are familiar with this material, it is my hope that my proposed compilations will cause you to hear, and appreciate, this music in an entirely new way.

Listen to What the Man Said (Or, how to hear these songs for FREE)

The songs listed on my new album compilations are all structured as links to Amazon.com. If you click on a title, you will be able to hear a preview of that song for free, without the need any for special software, and with no obligation to buy anything.

This is quite convenient, because if you decide to follow my album suggestions, all the tracks may be obtained legally and safely from a single source. All will be of the highest quality, and in the appropriate format. In addition to downloads, Amazon also offers hard copies (in other words CDs) for those who prefer this format.

And lastly, making a purchase by connecting directly to Amazon from this site helps to support Beatles Reunited. Using Beatles Reunited as your jumping off point to make a purchase helps defray our costs, and we appreciate your support. (Note: Once linked to Amazon via this site each purchase helps support Beatles Reunited, whether it be a song, an album, or anything else. Therefore, we ask that you begin all your Amazon shopping by starting first at Beatles Reunited.)

Sue You, Sue Me Blues

Please note that this website is by a fan, intended only for fun, and that I'm not selling anything.

My intent is simply to introduce fellow Beatles fans to some of the wonderful music created by John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr during the years following the break up of the band. Whether as a group, or as solo artists, they were, and will always remain Beatles. By presenting their work in this context, it is my hope that my fellow fans will seek out and discover some truly great music.

With all of their catalogues now available online, this music (whether it be an individual song or a complete album), may be acquired easily and legally. Unlike the Beatles (as a group) catalogue, which is not available online, all of the solo work by Harrison, Starr, Lennon, and McCartney (with or without Wings) may be now be readily downloaded through all the usual sources.

I prefer Amazon, for reasons detailed above. In addition to offering downloadable and new (physical object) albums, Amazon also provides options from merchants offering used, rare, and out-of-print items including vintage vinyl.

The right column sponsorship links on this site also help to cover my operating costs, and these links change both periodically and from page to page. Clicking on their link doesn’t cost you (or me) anything, but does serve to acknowledge their support of this website.

And lastly, please feel free (as a bird) to download and enjoy my cover designs for your own personal use. Do note, however, that as copyrighted materials, certain restrictions apply, and this material may not be sold, or used in any way other than as suggested. Sorry Dear Friend, but that’s how it is here in the material world.
